A registered nurse is available 24 hours a day, individualized care plans, health assessment, medication assistance, weight and blood pressure monitoring, nutritional meals and snacks, modified exercise, assistance with activities of daily living, and support and education for families. Hospice care is also available.

We understand the difficult decision to entrust the care of someone you love to a caregiver outside of the family. Many times a “break” is just what is needed for everyone. Full time caregivers do not have free time to do those things most take for granted. We offer that time for you to rest, shop, socialize, complete projects at home, go on vacation, manage a career or deal with other family obligations.

What our families say ... Bearcreek Respite Care Center was recommended to me by my doctor. I first started using Bearcreek for daycare and now Ernie has become is a permanent resident . My husband is very comfortable there and its easy for me to get in and out when I visit him. The staff is very kind and helpful and Ernie likes every one of them. I think the small number of residents means a higher quality of care. I’m confident Mom is well taken care of when I’m away. Mom previously lived in a larger institution in another town and they were always understaffed. Although she lives at home now with my family I know she’s in good hands at Beacreek when we’re away.
